A fluffy abundant fern!
This one of a kind, fast-growing and easy-to-care plant, has beautiful long, wiry stems with super fine ferns that look like lace threads.
As your Lace Fern matures, you will see it losing its early bushy look and start throwing out beautiful tendrils that give it the potential to climb!
When it’s delicate feathery foliage grows big enough, it resembles a bushy canopy, and it may even sprout flowers in late summer, which will turn into purple berries.
Not a plant that you see often as a houseplant, and yet, another amazing plant to help purify your home! Asparagus Ferns are great at absorbing and eliminating toxins from the air around.
- Being around plants can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, but did you know they can also help lower blood pressure?
- Plants like the Asparagus Fern bring feelings of calmness and optimism and add a touch of happiness to your day!
- Fun fact: One of the fast-growing and easy to care plants! They can reach a height of 2.5m inside your urban jungle …unless pruned!
- Second fun Fact: Although they are always referred to as a fern (because of their appearance) Lace Ferns are actually a member of the Lily family
- Also known as common asparagus fern, asparagus setaceus, asparagus grass, climbing asparagus, or ferny asparagus
